Shipping

We ship with PostNL to the Netherlands and Belgium.
Order before 16:00 on a working day and we ship the same day.
Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days.
Shipping is free from €50.00. Below that it’s €4.95.

Returns

01 You have 30 days after delivery to return your order.
02 Let us know by email and we’ll send the return address and instructions.
03 Return the product unused and in its original packaging.
04 We refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the return.

When will my order ship?

Order before 16:00 on a working day and it ships the same day. You’ll get an email with your tracking code as soon as it’s on its way.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes. Email us within 30 days with what you’d like to exchange. If the product is unused, we’ll send the right option as soon as we receive the return.

Do you ship outside the Netherlands and Belgium?

Right now we ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. More countries will follow. Email us if you’d like to order from another country.

Can I order as a business or gym?

Absolutely. For larger quantities or an order on invoice, we’re happy to make a tailored proposal. Email us what you need.

Which gripper is right for me?

Not sure? Start with the adjustable Grip Trainer: it grows with you from 10 to 60 kg. Already have a strong grip? Go for the Grip Pro at 45 kg.
