01 Who we are
These terms apply to all purchases in the ForcePlay Store from ForcePlay. Our contact details, Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number are at the bottom of every page.
02 Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. You’ll see shipping costs before you pay. Obvious mistakes in the offer are not binding.
03 The agreement
The agreement is concluded once you’ve paid for your order. You’ll receive a confirmation by email right away.
04 Payment
You pay through Stripe, with iDEAL, Bancontact, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay among others. We don’t store payment details ourselves.
05 Delivery
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. We aim to deliver within 1–2 working days and deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we can’t, you may cancel the order free of charge.
06 Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We even give you 30 days. Let us know by email or with the model withdrawal form (see Customer service), return the product within 14 days of your notice and we’ll refund your purchase, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days.
07 Warranty and complaints
Our products meet the legal requirements and what you may reasonably expect. Something wrong? Email us within a reasonable time after discovering it and we’ll find a solution together.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we can’t resolve a dispute together, you can take it to the competent court. You can read more about your consumer rights on ConsuWijzer.nl.
